2. Conclusion of the Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods.
The contract is concluded through:
- Our order confirmation via email; or
- The shipment of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices include statutory VAT or other applicable taxes where required by law.
The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process.
The invoice amount is due immediately.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location.
We will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible of any significant delays.
5. Shipping Costs

- Be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
The customer may be required to bear return shipping costs where this is legally permissible and the return is not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

In case of defects or non-conformity, the customer may be entitled to:
