Orders received after 5:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping time: 6–8 business days (Monday to Saturday)

Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days

3. Where We Deliver

We currently only deliver to UK.

If your location is not supported, your order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.

5. Shipment Tracking & Order Confirmation

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become visible.

For customers in UK, any applicable duties or taxes will be handled according to the applicable local regulations. The price shown at checkout will reflect the applicable charges where required.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to the order or delivery address are possible within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders can be canceled until 7:00 PM (GMT) on the day of the order.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. In this case, you can refuse delivery. A refund will be issued after the item is returned.
  • Customer support response time: within 24 hours.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of delivery for unused items.
  • Return shipping is free – we provide a prepaid return label.
  • Damaged or incorrect items will receive a free replacement or a full refund.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment.
